Accessing the Portal Homepage
This link can be shared internally with anyone in your company who uses our system, as the homepage contains a wide range of knowledge base articles for all our products.
Please note: Only designated, approved contacts will have login access to raise and manage support cases with our Helpdesk team.

Homepage Navigation
At the top right corner of the homepage, you’ll find three key navigation options:
- Home – Returns you to the homepage.
- Topics – Dropdown list of all EcoOnline products supported by the portal.
- Log in – Opens the login screen for approved users.
These options are highlighted below in red for reference.

Portal Search Bar
Located just below the navigation bar, the search bar allows you to easily find relevant knowledge base articles. Simply enter your keywords to browse available support content across all product lines.

Multi-Language Support
Below the search bar, you'll find a language selector dropdown. This allows you to switch the portal's language interface.
Please be aware that search results and visible articles will be filtered based on your selected language. Only translated content will appear in each product section.

Product Tiles
Beneath the search bar, you'll find clickable tiles representing each EcoOnline product. Clicking on a tile will take you directly to knowledge base articles specific to that product.
Note: Some products may currently have more articles than others. We’re continuously expanding our knowledge base, so please check back regularly for updates.

Portal Chatbot
The EcoOnline logo is located at the bottom right corner of your screen. By clicking this logo, you will activate our chatbot. The chatbot is designed to help you locate knowledge articles, and if you are signed in, it will also assist you with your open cases.
