Easier Product Administration

Bulk Product Updates: Administrators can update multiple products simultaneously, including categories and selected product information fields, reducing maintenance effort and helping ensure data remains accurate and consistent.

Improved Reporting and Compliance

Legislation Filtering in Reports: You can now filter SDS-based reports by legislation list, making it quicker to identify products affected by specific regulations and helping streamline compliance reviews, regulatory reporting and audit preparation.

Easier Product Administration

Better Exposure Management

Enhanced Mobile Exposure Workflows: Users can copy existing exposure records, as well as confirm or delete active exposures directly from the mobile app, reducing repetitive data entry and supporting more efficient reporting from any location.

A More Consistent User Experience

Updated Tables and Navigation: Several areas of Chemical Manager have been updated with a modern, consistent table experience, improved navigation and enhanced search performance.

Improved Location Management: New filtering options and enhanced location management workflows help users organise and maintain locations more efficiently.

Streamlined User Management: New bulk actions allow administrators to manage groups of users more efficiently, making onboarding and permission updates faster.

Enhanced Security

Open guest access is no longer available for new activations, helping strengthen platform security and reduce unintended access risks.

Legacy Login Retirement: Legacy login services across Chemical Manager, Reseller and Publisher have been retired, improving security and simplifying access management.
