Option to hide legacy Risk Assessments
You can now clean up long-standing Risk Assessment records by hiding legacy assessments that are no longer relevant. This helps reduce clutter and makes it easier to manage and track current assessments across your locations.
Company administrators can choose to hide:
- Product assessments only, or
- All legacy risk assessments
Changes apply across Risk Assessment lists, Risk Status, Product pages, and Reports & Analytics.
Offline access in the Chemical Manager Mobile App
Chemical Manager Mobile now supports offline mode—ideal for users working on remote sites or with limited connectivity.
You can:
- Download any location (with or without sub-locations)
- Access SDSs and Safety Protection Sheets for downloaded locations
- View other locations and products offline (documents limited to downloaded sites)
- Automatically sync updates when reconnected
- Filter to show only downloaded locations
Available on iOS and Android.
User Management now available for Reseller
Reseller clients can now manage users directly in the application, including adding, editing, activating and deactivating users. For customers using both Chemical Manager and Reseller, user administration is now unified, allowing you to manage access for both solutions in one place.
This update also enables Reseller accounts to move to EcoID as part of our legacy system deprecation.
