New, more flexible Amounts Management

You can now reset and change unit types when updating chemical amounts — even if a product was originally registered in a different unit (e.g., weight vs. volume). This makes inventory tracking more accurate and easier to maintain.

Includes improvements to:

  • Stored, Annual and Maximum Amount entries
  • Warnings when amounts exceed thresholds or units conflict
  • Clearer workflow to avoid accidental duplicate transactions.

New Smartforms & Risk Assessment editing experience

We’ve introduced a redesigned interface for Smartforms templates and Risk Assessment documents, making them faster and more intuitive to work with.

Updates include:

  • Improved Smartforms template builder with change tracking
  • Drag-and-drop components, sticky headers and easier page navigation
  • Enhanced Risk Assessment form layout with clearer help text and side panel updates
  • Language and country outputs now displayed on the assessment form

User Management now inside Chemical Manager & Reseller

User administration is now available directly in the applications — improving support and eliminating legacy workflows.

You can now:

  • Create, edit, activate and deactivate users
  • Filter by role, account status, location and exposure license
  • Manage access for both Chemical Manager and Reseller in one place (where both products are used)

Updated Location Hierarchy UI

Managing locations is now simpler with a refreshed interface and clearer field groupings.

Enhancements include:

  • New tab structure: General Info, Document Fields, and Other Fields
  • Consolidated address field
  • Clearer hierarchy and optional CM-specific fields
  • Deprecated fields moved to a read-only tab (only shown if data exists)

Mobile app: Archive & Delete products on the go

Chemical Manager mobile admins can now clean up inventories directly from the app:

  • Archive or delete products during on-site reviews
  • Changes sync instantly with the web version
  • Available for users with the correct permissions

New countries and languages supported

We’ve added support for 37 new countries and 10 new languages to better support global teams.

Examples include: 🌍 New countries: Colombia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, Vietnam, and more 🗣 New languages: Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Turkish, Albanian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Macedonian

Note: SDS service support is not yet available for all new countries.
