Tier II legislation list now available in Chemical Manager
For customers who have a requirement to report against Tier II legislation in North America, Chemical Manager and Reseller Legislation lists now include details of Tier II – Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHS).
Tier II information available via a system report in Reports & Analytics
Customers can report on and export chemical inventory data to comply with the US EPA Tier II reporting requirements — with available information including Amounts, Threshold Planning Quantity List Matching, Ingredients, and Density.
Customers can now use this report to compile and calculate chemical inventories, as well as threshold exceedances for the purposes of US EPA environmental compliance reporting.
