Read and Understood for Risk Assessments
Explicitly ask your employees that they have read and understood a risk assessment

Configure Chemical Manager through Company Settings so that users are asked to confirm that they have read and understood an assessment while they view it.
Once configured, when any user in your organization views a risk assessment for the first time, a Confirm button will appear above the assessment content. The user is not able to confirm archive or draft risk assessments. The user is also not able to confirm older versions.
A new column has been added to the risk assessment list table to allow the user to see whether they have read and understood each assessment. The list can be filtered on the read and understood statuses.
A report has been added to the Reports page to allow the user to query the read and understood statuses across your organisation.
