Competence Verification - Updated

All our customers use ePermits to be able to verify that those attending site really do have the competences they have sent.

This enhancement allows you to specify which competencies need to be checked before being fully assigned to the person.

You have control over the process, allowing pending records to pass rules, so people are not blocked from doing work.

You can also set an expiry, so the system cannot be gamed, and records remain in a pending state indefinitely.

Emails are sent at each stage of the process and Users who will verify have access to a new dashboard that will list the records which need their attention, display any documents, and allow them to pass or fail straight away.
