Document Management
Another enhanced version 3 feature that enables you to share relevant documents with contractors to ensure they have up to date information about your organisation.
The documents can be anything you like, policy, current works, maps, whatever you feel is useful for the contractors know.
We now display pdf documents in the page, so the information is available at once without having to download. We are working on showing other types of documents, including Word and pictures.
A possible enhancement to this is to have a user confirm they have “read and understood”. Now, not everyone in a team will be a user and we need to carry out some experiments to see how it might work. We hope to be able to rule check this in the permit process, so you know the documents have been acknowledged.
