Video Competence
Video Competence is an enhancement to a versions 3 feature called Video Induction. It enables you to have a person watch a video and answer a series of questions about that video. Passing the test will assign the competence to the person.
This can be rule checked during the permit process, ensuring everyone attending site has demonstrated they have the relevant knowledge.
This is primarily used for site inductions that can be completed before attending site, stopping the long morning queues when contractor turn up and need to go through full induction.
When submitting permits, requestors are informed of the need and immediately have the person watch the video and take the test.
No login is required, and the link is unique to the individual and only valid for a short while to prevent it being passed on to others.
