New Homepage to become the Default Layout
Overview
On 4th November at 5:00pm (UK), the new Homepage will become the default layout for Info Exchange.
Users will still be able to revert back to the old page design by clicking on the Return button
This change will be deployed during a normal release window and no downtime is expected.
What do I need to do?
Standard Users
No action is required.
Administrators
Administrators may wish to configure Announcements ahead of release.
Key Information
Reverting back to Old Homepage
After the New Homepage becomes the default view, users will still be able to revert back to the old page design by clicking on the Return button, which is currently present after changing to the New Homepage.
However please note that the Return button is temporary and will be removed in early 2027, as per the below rollout timeline. More details will be released closer to the date.

Rollout Timeline
- 22nd September: New Homepage released
- 4th November at 5:00pm (UK): New Homepage becomes the default Homepage, released
- Early 2027: Existing Homepage retired and removed
Release Day Information
Users who are logged in when the release occurs may need to refresh their browser before the New Homepage design becomes the default. No other user action is required.

Changing which table a Create New shortcut uses.
