Goodbye to Offline Forms
We wrote to our users back in October to advise that Offline forms V1 would be retired. We’ve have since been working to reduce usage, and we are now ready to retire V1 offline forms permanently after the end of April, at which point it will not be possible to access the V1 offline form.
V2 will continue to be available and can be accessed by editing your V1 offline form URL and removing the “s” from apps:
e.g. https://example.info-exchange.com/apps/incidents should be replaced with https://example.info-exchange.com/app/incidents
IEX-96 Offline forms V2 – upload records prompt
Further user guidance on Offline form v2 to notify and remind the user that there are records on their device which have been Completed but not Uploaded. This reduces the risk that records sit on the user’s device rather than being synced with your Exchange. May Release
IEX-141 Reports exclusion criteria
Ability to select “Excluded criteria” in addition to “Included criteria” when configuring reports. This change sees a new tab where your exclusion criteria can be set, e.g. exclude “Test Site” instead of including a list of 200 Site records.

IEX-324 Saving after editing text box – user experience enhancement
Previously when editing a text field directly before pressing “Save”, the user would have to click “Save” twice or click elsewhere in the form before clicking “Save”.
This has now been amended, users can progress to “Save” immediately after editing a text field.
