Live & Upcoming Releases throughout June...
Pendo Integration
We are integrating with Pendo to enhance your user experience. Pendo will be integrated with IEX in early June and you may start to notice updates coming through Pendo from June onwards.
Key aims for Info Exchange product:
- Notify users ahead of upcoming releases within Info Exchange
- Provide details of recent releases within Info Exchange
- Usage analytics
- Polls/surveys for Info Exchange users
Following on from the above, we will investigate further opportunities to leverage Pendo, e.g. help guides, walkthroughs (where possible), etc.
Please note that Info Exchange does not share any PII data with Pendo, therefore Pendo provides a fully anonymised way of reporting analytics
IEX-289 Ability to expand/contract header in edit view
New ability to collapse the header in edit view, freeing up more of the screen to work with, without losing access to the key action buttons. The buttons have been redesigned to work with screen readers and hover tooltips.

IEX-632 Discussion forum enhancement
Following on from our recent Discussion forum changes, we have acted upon requests for further changes.
Additional functionality to include:
- Wider pop up box so more information fits on the screen
- Ability to export all discussion posts to CSV for easy sharing
- Toggle sort between oldest first/newest first
June release
IEX-362 Document Upload new control
We have made a number of changes to this new Document Upload field – it scales and autosizes easily to fit your column or page width, with the text fitting neatly within. There is a line to show the file “drop zone” and it is intuitive to remove a document added by mistake or which is no longer required.
