Dashboards can now be filtered on work areas and sub-areas and not just facilities. This allows co-ordinators responsible for a given area within their organisation greater visibility on the key metrics providing a health check for their area of responsibility.
This is done by selecting the Work Area button on the dashboard page and selecting a specific work area or sub-area. Previously, selecting an area from this page directed the user being directed to a filtered assessment list.
When viewing a filtered dashboard, all metrics are updated to show only data relevant to the selected area and any sub-areas that it contains. The exception to this are the Allocation Used, Facilities Used and Editors Used metrics which will continue to show the values for the whole company. When printing a filtered dashboard, all the metrics in the resultant report will match the values shown in the user interface.
Company Logo
Custom logos can now be uploaded to appear on the assessment’s worker sheet and summary sheet, along with any assessment and inventory lists printed to PDF.
This gives companies the ability to personalise key printed assets, giving the readers further confidence that the content is applicable to them.
Logos are uploaded using the new Manage Logos option available to the supervisor account. Uploaded images must be jpegs and less than 100kb.
Note that the company logo management functionality is not available if using Internet Explorer 11.
User Statistics Report Filtered by Date
The User Statistics Report can now be filtered by date. This allows users to focus on specific periods of interest, increasing speed and efficiency in any analysis. The date range is an optional filter for the report and works in conjunction with any other filter being applied to the report content.
Include Assessment Hyperlinks in External Emails
All emails being sent by Sypol now have any assessment IDs formatted as a hyperlink that directly accesses the assessment in the Sypol user interface. As a result, the email reader is able to immediately view the assessment’s content, confident that they are accessing the assessment being referred to. Companies using Sypol’s Single Sign On capability will find this feature particularly useful. Depending upon how their company have set up their internal authentication procedures, they will be able to access the assessment without needing to re-authenticate with Sypol providing a streamlined, integrated user experience. Any organisation interested in Sypol’s Single Sign-On capability should speak to their Customer Success Manager or with the Sypol Helpdesk.
Help Video Updates
The help videos have been re-branded and relocated to the EcoOnline Vimeo account. This means that it is no longer necessary to create an account in Vimeo to be able to watch the Sypol help videos.
Bug Fixes
· The “material due for review” pop-up has the wrong email address.
· Existing control measures do not appear in the user interface unless accessed through To Do.
· There is a typo in authorisation form’s “Declaration by Employer” section.
· The Internal Requests Index Report is redirecting to an error page.
· In the Acknowledged Significant Change Report, the high risk rating is coloured green instead of red.
