Restrict Viewer Access to Incomplete Assessments

An option has been added to Subscription Options that allows the prevention of users with Viewer roles accessing incomplete assessments. This gives managers confidence that users are only accessing assessments that have been through the full creation process and are therefore fully approved by the business.

If configuration has been set to prevent Viewers from accessing incomplete assessments, the user will be shown an error if they try to access an incomplete assessment. This is true whether the using is trying to access the assessment through the user interface or through a direct link.

Incomplete assessments will still appear in assessment lists. As a result, users will be aware that an assessment does exist and will not be motivated to request a duplicate assessment.

Users with Editor or Coordinator roles will be able to see incomplete assessments without warning or restriction.

The feature is configured through Subscription Options using the manager account.
