Report Overview
The EcoOnline 2024 ESG Report reflects a transformative year of change and growth
We focused on building strong foundations to accelerate our progress in 2025, navigating structural changes and driving efficiencies through agile project management and enhanced ways of working, underscoring our commitment to operational excellence.

We united as OneEco, launching our Culture Code with the support of our Culture Ambassadors, built on shared values that drive everything we do. They shape how we work, how we treat one another, and how we deliver for our customers. The set of principles and behaviours that underpin our values enable us to work in a way that champions protection every day, by keeping the customer close and celebrating the good. We execute with pride by pushing challenges into the sunlight, while remaining steadfast in our belief that results beat busyness.
We invested in leadership development to build a high-performing, inclusive culture. This included the launch of the Aspire Leadership Programme for our Senior Leadership Team— equipping them to lead with clarity, purpose and alignment to our strategic goals. We also strengthened our IT infrastructure and data capabilities with key hires and initiatives, ensuring we’re well positioned for future growth.
This year’s report also includes an in-depth analysis of our environmental performance, with a clear view of our carbon footprint across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Notably, 91% of our emissions fall under Scope 3, driven by purchased goods and business travel—areas we are targeting for reduction. You’ll find detailed methodology, emissions insights, and our approach to aligning with the GHG Protocol.
On the social front, we highlight the launch of our Culture Code, global engagement initiatives, and our commitment to fostering inclusion through Employee Resource Groups and leadership development. Our new EcoIMPACT Awards recognition programme and global volunteering efforts will underscore our belief in celebrating and supporting our people.
In governance, we outline our ISO certifications, policies on ethics and whistleblowing, and continued investment in cybersecurity and responsible technology use. We share how we’re optimising software usage, improving procurement practices, and embedding sustainability into vendor selection and IT operations, reinforcing our role as a responsible SaaS provider.
As we help customers create safer, more sustainable workplaces, we remain focused on driving meaningful, measurable change—within our own operations and across the industries we serve.
