The 2024 U.S. Corporate Sustainability Survey engaged 95 C-suite executives, vice presidents, and directors from a universe of over 6,300 U.S.-based companies, each reporting revenues exceeding $500M in their most recent fiscal year.

This sample size ensured a representative cross-section of leaders responsible for environmental, social & governance (ESG), environmental, health & safety (EHS), and sustainability, providing a 95% confidence level in the findings.

Based on survey demographics, 79% of respondents are working for organizations doing business in California* and 80% of the respondents are working for companies with greater than $1B in annual revenues.
